Our Mission
Mission Statement: helpyourpta.org is dedicated to helping
educational fundraising groups and schools meet their fundraising goals while promoting
North Carolina and its communities.
Purposes and Objectives
1. To provide a unique organization for school and other groups
with a special emphasis on maximizing fundraiser returns on investment and
teaching entrepreneurial spirit.
2. To provide public education about North Carolina history
and its scenic beauty and recreational venues.
3. To engage the public in conservation, preservation and
promotion of North Carolina's heritage.
4. To enhance fundraising programs for school children in an
effort to expand their educational experiences and make them aware of career
opportunities right here in North Carolina.
5. To interpret and build on the strong traditions and history
related to North Carolina.
6. To encourage fundraising Best Practices research and
collaboration to support these activities.
7. To provide a forum for public policy related to PTA
fundraising venues and advise governmental authorities when appropriate to
protect, foster and advance the rights and interests of those engaged in the
recreational tourism industry.
8. To engage in joint ventures with other like minded
organizations or individuals to further the collective knowledge and
conservation of North Carolina's heritage.
